I am currently a Research Fellow in Prof. Song Hongwei’s group at the Department of Physics, Shanghai University, focusing on perovskite- and quantum-dot–based LEDs for next-generation optoelectronic devices.
Previously, I worked as a Researcher with Prof. Zhiming Wang at the Institute of Fundamental and Frontier Sciences, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (Sept 2023 – Sept 2025), and before that as a Researcher (May. 2022 - May 2023) at the Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics, National University of Malaysia (UKM), where I also earned my Ph.D. in Microengineering and Nanoelectronics (Feb. 2019 - March. 2022) with a specialization in the physics of semiconductor devices.
My research centers on 1D nanomaterials and silicon-based semiconductor thin films, exploring their applications in advanced photodetectors and non-volatile memory devices. To date, I have published more than 43 high-impact journal articles and hold a patent in this field
